Offer Creation
Design the offer the event is built to deliver.
The Offer Creation milestone is where SAGE designs the offer the event will deliver, using the 3x3 PAG sequence so the audience recognizes their problem and sees the offer as the guide that resolves it.
The offer is not the thing you sell at the end. It is the spine the entire event hangs on. In this milestone we shape the offer so it maps directly to the transformation from the Big Why, and so the audience can see themselves in it long before a price is mentioned.
We use the 3x3 PAG sequence here: the three problems the buyer feels, the honest cost of each, and the offer positioned as the guide that resolves all three. An offer built this way does most of the selling on its own.
Frameworks that power this milestone
- 3x3 PAG3x3 PAG is SAGE's offer-design sequence: name the three problems your audience feels, agitate each one honestly, and position your offer as the guide that resolves all three.
- Sales Is ServiceSales Is Service is SAGE's foundational method: structure every part of an event to serve the audience so completely that buying becomes the natural next step rather than a pitch they brace against.
Questions about Offer Creation
Should the offer come before the event content?
Yes. The offer is the spine; content is designed to serve the audience toward it. Build the event first and you usually end up selling something the room was never prepared for.
